Life can feel hard at times and sharing your story can empower you to explore and make sense of difficulties you may be facing. Gaining a different perspective can sometimes create a greater level of understanding of your core beliefs of self, physiological responses to external stimuli that lead to repetitive automatic thoughts which determine your reactions and behaviours which can often leave you feeling confused as to why certain things keep happening. Once these are explored and understood, it may remove obstacles and help you manage troubled times and past events with compassion and greater ease, moving forward with a sense of empowerment, assertiveness and autonomy.
